1. How do I know if this will fit my tap?
Our filters fits Taps, Showers & Hand showers. It is compatible with 22mm, 24mm, and 28mm taps. It only fits with threaded taps, not plastic taps. Please reach out to us on Instagram/Website support team to check compatibility if you are not sure.
2. Why doesn’t it reduce TDS?
TDS simply measures the total dissolved substances in water — it doesn't tell you whether they’re harmful or not.
Care Dale filters don’t remove these minerals, but they convert hard water salts into harmless forms that don’t stick to your hair, skin, or surfaces. So even though the TDS stays the same, your water becomes gentler and healthier to use.
3. How long before I see the results?
Care Dale users have reported increased lathering & less dryness in hair and skin within the first few uses. With consistent use, there'll be lesser hair fall and fewer breakouts over time — since these concerns take longer to improve.
4. I don't know the source of my water, which cartridge should I buy?
- If you're facing extreme hair fall, frizz, or dry skin, go for the Borewell filter — it’s designed for extreme hard water and works even if your supply is municipal.
- If your concerns are mild and you’re fairly sure it’s municipal/corporation water, the Municipal filter is a good fit.
